Sweet cream butter "Extra", 82.5% fat
The development of Lubenskiy molochniy zavod LLC began with the production of butter. Butter is made exclusively from fresh pasteurized cream, without any additives. The quality meets the production standards of the European Union and has ISO 90001, ISO 22000 and HALAL certificates
Spread
Spread is a product with a mass fraction of fat from 39% to 95%. The spread has the taste of butter, it is soft and easy to spread even after defrosting. Also, the balanced composition is suitable for baking, frying, adding to side dishes. The main difference between the spread and butter is the addition of vegetable fats in different proportions.
Skim milk powder 1.5%
All products are made from natural, fresh, environmentally friendly raw materials without plant additives. Skimmed milk powder 1.5% is a soluble powder that receives the drying of pasteurized raw materials and preserves all the taste qualities, energy value, vitamin and protein composition.
ICE CREAM
One of the specialized areas of the plant is the production of ice cream.
Since the plant has its own laboratory, it allows you to create different flavors and products.
Traditional ice cream is plombir in a cup and on a stick covered with chocolate glaze or ice cream with a berry flavor.

Condensed milk
Condensed milk is a modern product. It has a thick consistency and rich taste. The main components are milk and sugar.
This product can be created on the basis of vegetable fats. The plant produces condensed milk and boiled condensed milk, other types on request

Cheeses
“Lubenskiy molochniy zavod” LLC also produces cheeses based on milk and vegetable raw materials.
The main types of cheese: Gouda, Mozzarella, Tilsiter.
The factory’s capacity allows the production of up to 200 tons of various cheeses per month.
Processed cheeses
Processed cheeses are cheeses made by melting hard cheeses with the addition of cream, butter, or other dairy ingredients. Processed cheese has a smooth texture, a mild flavor, and melts easily when heated, making it indispensable in many dishes.
Flour
The plant has a separate unit for the production of wheat flour with a capacity of 200 tons per month.
